1. Double-Check Your Username:
Your username is the email address you originally used to sign up for WorkBoat+. You cannot log in with a different email or request a password reset for an email that is not linked to your account.
*Note: If you’d like to update your username, you can do so under My Account > User Details after logging in. If you need assistance, contact WorkBoat Customer Service.
2. Reset Your Password:
If you're using the correct email but still can't log in, request a password reset here. A one-time login link will be sent to you from WorkBoat. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.
*Important: If your email is not associated with a WorkBoat+ account, you will not receive a reset email.
3. Multiple Accounts:
Do you have multiple accounts on WorkBoat.com? Have you signed up for different products with different emails? If so, contact WorkBoat Customer Service for help consolidating your accounts.
