Hornblower Group, San Francisco, announced the appointment of Dave McGinnis as the company's chief financial officer.
McGinnis joins Hornblower Group from Filtration Group, Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., where he was CFO since 2020. Previously, he served as CFO at Illinois Tool Works, Glenview, Ill., and held senior leadership roles at GE, Boston, for nearly 15 years, including CFO of the distributed power services division. McGinnis holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Kentucky.
