Eneti Inc. announced this week that the president of the company, Robert Bugbee, has recently purchased 25,000 common shares of the company at an average price of $8.64 per share in the open market.
Eneti Inc. is focused on the offshore wind and marine-based renewable energy industry and has invested in the next generation of wind turbine installation vessels.
With a contract in place to build a $330 million wind turbine installation vessel in South Korea for the European and Asian markets, Eneti said its next goal is a Jones Act compliant WTIV for U.S. waters.
